2023-24 SPORTS REGISTRATION

The 24-25 D20 Request to Participate Form (for CP students) Will Go Live May 23rd at 12:00pm.

Registration Process For Traditional TCA Students (HS and JH)

If your student has NOT already participated in a sport this year:
You will create just one account and then register each student from there.

• ACCOUNTS:  You can now register JH and HS athletes under the same account!
• PHYSICALS:  When you upload your physical, include all pages.  Scan as one document to upload!
• PAYMENT:  Starting July 5th, 2022, TCA will be changing from PayForIt to Infinite Campus payments to process sports fees along with school fees. There will be a 3 1/2 % merchant fee added to all fees (i.e., $100 fee will have $3.50 added). Since the inception of online fee payments, TCA has absorbed the cost of the merchant fees to promote parent participation in online payments. Going forward with the new payment provider, TCA will no longer be able to cover the cost of these merchant fees. This is a district level application; TCA cannot opt out of this process and must follow what District 20 has implemented..

***If your family already HAS an account:***

• Click above link
• Go to your family account and choose your student
• Click on "Registration History"
• Click on "Register" and choose your student
• Update any information that has changed, including your new sport on Step 2.  After Step 6 then hit submit.
• Go to Infinite Campus and pay the sports fee 

Registration Process for CP Students (HS and JH)

1. Complete the D20 Request for Participation Form. Click on the link below
   • HS District 20 Request for Participation Form
   • JH District 20 Request for Participation Form
2. Once you have been assigned to TCA, you will need to complete the athletic registration process.

3. CP students will need to upload a physical, an eligibility from (must be signed by Pam Steiner and student must have at least 2.5 carnegie units, and the D20 assignment letter during online registration.

**Sports physicals can only be completed and signed by an eligible physician per CHSAA rule: MD, DO, NP, PA, Sports Physical Certified Chiropractor (SPC# included).”**

1. ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON YOU ARE PLAYING.  IF A PHYSICAL WILL EXPIRE DURING THE SEASON IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 
2. Before uploading your physical when registering, make sure your physician has signed and dated the form along with parent & student signatures.

Sport Fees

Certain student fees may be reduced or waived for students eligible for free or reduced-price meals under the National School Lunch Program. Information regarding the program and applications is available at http://www.asd20.org/student-services/free-and-reduced.
